The Michelin Guide's review
A collection of fighter planes and civilian aircraft (including Concorde), which visitors can climb into, is housed in vast hangars that were the airbase for the British during the Battle of Britain, then for the US Air Force. Some of the collections occupy a concrete and glass building designed by Norman Foster. The restored American Air Museum section charts the cooperation of the Americans living in the UK during the Second World War. Air shows in summer.
