The Michelin Guide's review
The 16C collegiate church of Notre Dame symbolises the rebirth of the town after its devastation by Louis XI. The church's 75m-high bell tower is the town's landmark. Inside, one is struck by the volumes and the simple, if massive lines, characteristic of the late Gothic. Don't miss the series of polychrome marble works, or the exceptional large wooden organ, carved by Karl Joseph Riepp (18C).
