The Michelin Guide's review
Of outstanding proportions for a Provencal Romanesque church, it was built from 1200 to 1330. Inside are fragments of 15C-16C murals and stained-glass made of blown, tinted glass whose colours change depending on where you stand. Their author, Canadian artist Daniel Rabinowitch (born 1943), was responsible for the copper incrustations in the floor of the nave, symbolising the divine word, from Hebrew to French.
