Professors' houses
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
Architect, Walter Gropius, built a small housing estate between 1925 and 1926 on a wooded plot of land, made up of his own house and three semi-detached houses for the Bauhaus school professors. Two of the semi-detached houses are still in good condition and open to the public: the Kandinsky-Klee-Haus and the Feiningerhaus, which now houses the Kurt Weill centre, devoted to the composer born in Dessau in 1900.
