The Michelin Guide's review
Two collectors, Henry and Helen Flynt, fell in love with this small town, now an open-air museum, and entirely restored it. Twelve historic houses along The Street are open to the public, with or without a guide. The interiors depict different periods (18C and 19C) and different styles (Federal, colonial), in a bid to give the visitor an insight into the daily lives of the villagers from the pastor to farmers and rich landowners.
