  The Michelin Guide's review
Thus named because of the midnight sun that lights it up on June 21, the Midnight Dome (884m) stands behind Dawson City. From the summit, the view is splendid, whatever the time of day or night, over Dawson and the junction of the Yukon and Klondike rivers. The clear waters of the Klondike merge into those of the wide, muddy Yukon. The devastation caused by mining dredging is visible, while to the north, the Ogilvie Mountains are particularly impressive.
