From Cubières-sur-Cinobe the narrow corniche road seems to defy gravity. Only rarely does one glimpse the river running below in a deep narrow ravine. Pause at the hermitage of St-Antoine-de-Galamus (view of Le Canigou), within which is a dark chapel occupying a natural grotto.
