The Michelin Guide's review
This fortress, reminiscent of a huge organ, is an exceptional testimonial to Gothic Mudéjar military architecture. Built by Moorish craftsmen at the end of the 15C, it is made up of two walls flanked by round towers and protected by a deep, 560m-long moat. A visit to the castle will enable you to explore the fortress itself, admire the collection of medieval and Renaissance furniture and objects, in addition to enjoying the view from the rooftop terrace over the village.
