This handsome rectangular square alive with bustling café terraces and right in the heart of the town, becomes a bullring during the traditional carnival festivities. It is home to two fine Renaissance palaces: the current town hall whose two floors of arcades form a gallery and loggia, and the Casa del primer marqués de Cerralbo, where a frieze runs between the floors.
