The Michelin Guide's review
The rose-coloured buildings of the mother-house of the Olivetians, a congegration founded in 1313, stands on a hillside among a landscape of cypress trees. Do not miss the great cloisters decorated with a series of frescoes by Luca Signorelli and by Sodoma. The abbey church, refurbished in Baroque style, contains a set of magnificent choirstalls, made by Fra Giovanni da Verona in 1505.
