The Michelin Guide's review
Created in 1985, this centre which trains a variety of performers is housed in a circus that was built in 1898-1899 on the model of the Winter Circus in Paris. At the end of each year, budding artists present a show which is directed by a prestigious patron. At the beginning of June, the "Furies" festival of circus and street theatre transforms the town of Châlons into an open-air stage.
