Threave Garden
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
The estate is made up of four farms, 48ha of forest, a manor house and 26ha of grounds. The Victorian manor is home to a gardening school. The garden is enchanting, thanks to a wide variety of flowers, plants, shrubs and trees. The rose garden, in full bloom in June and July, the heather beds, glasshouses, arboretum and woodland walk are all delightful. In April, the entire estate is a riot of spring daffodils.
