The Michelin Guide's review
The "Street of the Holy Spirit" begins at the corner of the little Parroquia San Roque, a chapel built in 1674 after a particularly virulent yellow fever epidemic struck Cartagena. This picturesque little street in the Getsemaní district serves as a playground for street artists, who have decorated its walls with large and colourful frescoes that are alternatively naive, satirical and humorous.
