The Michelin Guide's review
This square in the historic centre is the junction of Caltanissetta's two main streets (Corso Umberto I and Corso Vittorio Emanuele). The square is bordered by the town hall (housed in the former Carmelite convent), the cathedral, and Saint-Sebastian church with its Baroque façade, whose sombre red rendering contrasts with the ochre tufa of its architectural features - a trait which can also be seen in other churches in the area.
