The Michelin Guide's review
San Domenico Convent, built in the 13C to house Sardinia's first Dominican community, is one of the most accomplished examples of Aragonese Gothic architecture in Cagliari, although unfortunately partly damaged by bombing in the Second World War. Note the beautifully crafted cloister and the Rosary Chapel (1580), crowned by an octagonal dome.
