To say the Palermo neighbourhood is "green" is no understatement, as it is home to the Parque Tres de Febrero, also known as Bosques de Palermo. Welcome to the largest park in the city (80ha), where locals like to come for a picnic, a run, bike ride or a boat trip on the man-made lakes. The park also has a racecourse, velodrome, polo ground and golf course. A wonderful place for a relaxing walk that is impossible to tire of, thanks to its talented designer, Carlos Thays.
