The Michelin Guide's review
You need a lot of imagination to find in Puerto Madero something of the port ambiance of old Buenos Aires, as the - very accomplished - urban renovation leaves no room for the usual bustle of ports. The only ships that frequent the large basins are smart yachts and old rigs that have been turned into museums. Puerto Madero, now a business quarter and haunt of trendy bohos, is also a place for a stroll, a picnic, or lunch on a restaurant terrace.
