The Michelin Guide's review
Incorporating arabesques and volutes, the ornate organic decoration of this tiny church's façade is its most striking feature. Built a few years after the death of Constantin Brâncoveanu (1688-1714), it nonetheless boasts the full Brancovian repertoire. The candle-lit interior has stone frescoes, fine gilded icons and a carved wood iconostasis.
