The Michelin Guide's review
The beautiful Venetian-style Piazza della Loggia was laid out in 1433. It is home to Brescia's town hall, the Loggia, built in the late 15C to early 16C by various architects including Sansovino and Palladio who contributed to the upper storey. Opposite, admire the 16C clock tower, and to the left, the Monte di Pietà Vecchio palaces, old and new.
