This museum, a fusion of Breda's Museum and the MOTI (Museum of Image), showcases the heritage and history of the city as well its current visual arts. The history of the bishopric of Breda is remembered by a large collection of religious objets d'art (statues of saints, paintings, gold and silverware and richly decorated fabric). The former Image museum has extended its remit to visual arts, with posters, films, tapestries, photos and frescoes.
