A gigantic platform showcases a remarkable work by Niemeyer, the National Congress, where the Congress, the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate enjoy the finest of locations in, respectively, the tallest tower in the city (actually two towers joined by a glass bridge halfway up), a concave hemisphere and a dome. A guided tour, dotted with contemporary works of art, acquaints the visitor with the building's architecture and the working of Brazil's democracy.
