The Michelin Guide's review
In the aquarium's dimmed light, fish, invertebrates, amphibians and other aquatic animals are divided up according to their different natural habitats and arranged around a 700 000-litre central tank with a bed of coral from the Caribbean which is inhabited by sharks, giant tortoises and other species. Exhibitions, information panels and demonstrations help visitors gain a better understanding of the species represented. Don't miss the animal treatment centre, films at the IMAX cinema and sea excursions to view whales.
