The Michelin Guide's review
This region is the second-largest rhyolite area in the country, hence the peaks, cliffs, unusually shaped hillocks and colours on the light side, which contrast with a few black beaches. The mountains, the ocean and the meadows in flower enchant all travellers who reach this remote fjord that has 140km of paths... and inhabited by puffins from late April to mid-August. Hikers and bird-watchers, take note!
