The Michelin Guide's review
This two-storey Romanesque church was consecrated in 1151. The walls of the lower chapel are decorated with very expressive frescoes illustrating scenes from the Book of Ezekiel. Following the model of the Palatine chapel in Aachen, the upper chapel houses a throne for the emperor.
