The Michelin Guide's review
Up the southeast coast, a little past Bois-Blanc, the road opens onto a superb park of palm trees. Even if the waterfalls, which tumble down from the basalt cliffs, only appear after heavy rains, this shady site, always airy and cool, remains attractive nonetheless with its little landing stage designed for hauling up the colourful fishing boats. Islanders come here in droves on weekends for family picnics.
