  The Michelin Guide's review
 The Porte Noire - or "Black Gate" - is no longer aptly named since the restored stone now dazzles white. This triumphal arch was erected in the 2C in honour of Marc Aurèle, not far from the theatre, at the end where the main street of Roman Vesontio.
