  The Michelin Guide's review
The Beni-Snassen Mountains, dominated by Ras Fourhal (1,532m), run inland from south of Berkane to the Algerian border. This limestone massif, whose slopes are covered with almond trees and orchards, is dotted with villages where the densely populated communities live from farming and livestock. Vistas scattered here and there give you the full measure of the landscape, from Zegzel Gorge to Camel Cave, where you can enjoy a picnic. A trip through authentic Morocco.
