The Michelin Guide's review
The pedestrian shopping streets converge on Donegall Square, the heart of Belfast, with City Hall at its centre. Its gardens are dotted with statues, including one of Queen Victoria. In Donegall Square East is the Titanic Memorial, which was erected in memory of the victims of the ill-fated maiden voyage of the Belfast-built liner. Fine buildings line the square on its north side, such as Linen Hall Library, the oldest public library in Belfast.
