The Michelin Guide's review
This rounded mountain of the Black Forest rises to a height of 1 414m, dominating the Wiesenthal and the valleys, which, like the Münstertal, interlace the Black Forest's western fringe. When visibility is good, it offers an unparalleled view over the Rhine plain, the Vosges to the west and the Alps to the south. On very fine days, it is even possible to catch a glimpse of the Swiss peak of Säntis and Mont Blanc.
