The Michelin Guide's review
A survivor of the Second World War, the USS Kidd is a famous destroyer which saw action in the Pacific, particularly during the Battle of Okinawa, and in the Philippines and Korea. Its interior, including the engine room, galley, mess and cabins, is now open to the public, as is the bridge with its many cannons. The naval museum next door houses models of boats, as well as several planes from the war.
