Old Presbytery of Batiscan
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
The first presbytery on this site was erected by Jesuit priests in 1696. In 1816, hoping to obtain the appointment of a resident parish priest, the parishioners replaced the dilapidated structure with the present edifice (built of materials recovered from the original construction). The interior, typical of early 19C rural houses, is furnished with period pieces.
