The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
These elegant rooms were built between 1769 and 1771 for members of high society who would come here in the evening to dance, play cards and drink tea. The long pale green-blue ballroom is decorated with twin columns supporting a deep entablature and an elegant stucco ceiling from which hang five magnificent crystal chandeliers. The small Octagon was used as a cards room. The Tea Room boasts a luxurious interior with a splendid two-tiered screen of columns at the west end. The building is also home to a Fashion Museum.
