The Disseny Hub Barcelona, a building by MBM Arquitectes, was opened in late 2014. It houses the Museu del Disseny, a museum that showcases extensive collections of decorative arts, ceramics, fashion and textiles, and graphic arts. It sets out the history as well as the evolution of crafts and techniques. It also organises temporary exhibitions.
