The Michelin Guide's review
The former bishop's palace was built on the foundations of an imperial palace dating from the 10C and 11C. Its façade with carved gables, oriel window, corner turret and doorway date from the Renaissance. The delightful inner courtyard is surrounded by half-timbered Gothic buildings with steeply sloping roofs and picturesque wooden galleries. It is home to a History Museum.
