The Michelin Guide's review
Beginning in 1830, the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad provided the first regular rail service in the US. Today more than 200 of the line's locomotives and rail cars are the star attractions of this museum, located on the site of the railroad's Mount Clare station. About 40 cars and locomotives are on view in the brick and wood roundhouse. Look out for the Chesapeake & Ohio Allegheny (1941), too.
