The Michelin Guide's review
Tucked away in the northernmost corner of Saxony is a little corner of paradise. One could easily think Muskauer Park, the largest landscaped park in Central Europe, is natural. It was laid out in the 19C by a prince, who was passionate about gardens: Hermann von Pückler-Muskau. The 830ha park straddling Poland and Germany is a UNESCO World Heritage site. You can explore this patch of countryside in a horse-drawn carriage, by bike, by boat... and visit the two castles that lie within it.
