The Michelin Guide's review
This Flamboyant style tower was built in the 15C on the foundations of the Gallo-Roman perimeter wall. Also called the Strong tower, it contributed to the fortifications. The belfry and the clock symbolise the freedom of the community. The two clock faces (17C) Indicate the obvious movements of the sun and the moon.
