House-Workshop of Daubigny
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
In 1861, the painter Daubigny founded the first artists' workshop in Auvers. It was to play host to many of the leading names in French art and interior decoration and the interior bears witness to its past guests, such as Corot, Daumier and Oudinot. In the garden, admire the boat-workshop used by Daubigny for his paintings of the River Oise.
