The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
This 1904 castle-like structure of Stone Mountain granite was built for furniture magnate Amos Rhodes. It now houses the headquarters of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. Inside, the grand mahogany staircase is flanked by nine stained-glass panels depicting the rise and fall of the Confederacy.
