The Michelin Guide's review
This museum houses a collection of 45 planes in three hangars (renovated in 2015-16) and on the land of this former RAF training camp. They include a Puss Moth (1930), a DH Dragon biplane with a wooden chassis, a German fighter Komet (1944) with a rocket motor, and a Spitfire from 1945. You will also see a section on fighter planes from 1914-1940. Hangar no 4 dedicated to the Concorde Experience looks back at the adventure of the French-British supersonic aircraft.
