The Michelin Guide's review
Whilst the façade is Neo-Gothic, most of the building was constructed between 1278 and 1511, boasting a pretty Romanesque-Gothic portal. Inside there are many beautiful artworks, but the ones that stand out include the stained glass windows by Guillaume de Marcïllat (1467-1529) who settled in Arezzo after working at the Vatican and an admirable fresco of Mary Magdalene by Piero Francesca (3C).
