Annevoie-Rouillon grounds
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
This park flowing with water, a compromise between formal French-type and romantic Italianate gardens, was designed in the late 18C by a member of the Montpellier family (owners of the estate since the 17C). It charms visitors with numerous and imaginative groves and fountains. It is pleasant to stroll beneath its century-old foliage, taking in the Buffet d'Eau, the Petit Canal and, lastly, higher up, the Grand Canal, lined with lime trees.
