Old Town

The Michelin Guide's review
The old town has retained a flavour of its Spanish past, with its pueblo-style adobe buildings. Around the quiet, tree-shaded plaza, cobbled walkways lead to shaded patios which are home to shops and galleries and where Native Americans from the pueblos sell their handicrafts around San Felipe Street. The Church of San Felipe de Neri, built in 1706 (the same year as the town), then reconstructed, is well worth a visit, as are the various museums in this district.
