The Michelin Guide's review
Eyjafjördur, the longest fjord in northern Iceland, is located in one of the country's most highly populated regions. Despite this, the area is as picturesque as elsewhere in Iceland, particularly on Tröllaskagi, the Trolls' peninsula, which is lined by magical mountains. Hrísey Island lies in the middle of the fjord and is accessed from the village of Dalvík.
