The Michelin Guide's review
The small volcanic island of Glaronisia, which has become a refuge for gulls, lies off the coast of Firopotamos. The lava forms hexagonal rods, like so many organ pipes plunging into the waves. Head to the port of Adamas, from where you can board a boat for a tour of Milos: of particular interest are these unusual landscapes, the secret to which is held by the island's north coast.
