The fortress was bought in 2016 by swiss artist Not Vital, who has turned it into a unique space, a living link between the heritage of Graubünden and contemporary art. On the pond at the foot of the hill, a silver sphere spinning on itself, a creation by Not Vital that fits gracefully into the breathtakingly beautiful landscape, and the House to Watch the Sunset, a stunning immaculate architectural creation. Inside the castle, works by Andy Warhol, Jasper Johns and Meret Oppenheim are set against a backdrop of wood panelling and elegant stained-glass windows.
