The restaurant is located right on Wollishofen harbour and boasts a magnificent view of the "Zürisee", as the locals call Lake Zurich. Head chef David Klocksin presents a regional and seasonal four- or five-course surprise menu based on premium ingredients. In the modern, beautifully balanced dishes, a wonderful intensity consistently lends a distinctive touch – and vegetables often take centre stage. Fermented ingredients are also skilfully incorporated. A vegetarian set menu is available. On request, you can order an excellent (and occasionally unconventional) wine pairing or a selection of alcohol-free drinks to accompany your meal.
