This unassuming inn with a half-timbered, slate façade is located in the village of Touques. It has been taken over by an enthusiastic youthful couple of catering professionals with no lack of talent. The chef sources his produce locally wherever possible (fish from Trouville, duck and poultry from Normandy, organic vegetables, etc) and goes out into the countryside to pick the aromatic herbs and plants himself. Throbbing with flavour.
