‘Origine’, ‘beginning’ or ‘origin’ in French, is a restaurant run by a husband and wife, featuring counter seating at an open kitchen. The chef learned the basics under a master renowned for his strict guidance, gained knowledge on handling fish, vegetables and herbs in Nice in the south of France, and experienced contemporary refinement firsthand in Paris.
