The Michelin Guide's review
This unique restaurant started life as a simple “guachinche” (an unassuming family eatery serving home cooking and its own home-produced wine) before evolving into what owner-chef Jorge Bosch now refers to as a “gastro-guachinche”. It features a spacious, rustically inspired yet elegant dining room, views of the sea and coast, and informal, contemporary and highly personal cuisine based around Canary Island ingredients, a clear desire to reinvent the islands’ recipes, and dishes that are plentiful and copious. The chillout zone here is also used for private events.
